The provider may terminate the placement at any time, but will be charged for the subsequent amount of weeks upto the next half-term unless they can fill the space with another student that fits the referral criteria. Unless this is stated when the referral is referred. If the provision wishes to terminate the placement, this will only be done when all other courses of action have been looked into and both parties agree.
